[Order/Shipping Completion Email]

[Cancellation and return policy]

For both regular and pre-order items , we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or changes (color or size) due to customer reasons after the order has been completed. Please be sure to check again before placing your order.

[Regarding defective products]

If the product you receive is defective or misdelivered, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please read the defective product policy and contact LIMUE customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

[About the product]

*The color of the product may appear different depending on the shooting location, lighting, etc.

In addition, the color may look different depending on the monitor settings of your PC. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

*The listed size is the actual size of the product, and due to the nature of fabric products, there may be slight differences from the listed size.

*Please note that the product images are samples and specifications such as color, size, and material composition may be changed.

[About fitting]

In rare cases, pockets of clothing may be temporarily sewn with basting thread, but this is to prevent the item from losing its shape during storage and to prevent dust from getting in, so it is not a defective product. If you use a seam ripper instead of scissors, you can open the pockets cleanly, so we ask that you open them yourself.

Free shipping nationwide (excluding Okinawa and remote islands)

Customers in Okinawa and remote islands will be charged an additional 800 yen for shipping.
