<How to order>
Select the option and quantity from the product page you want and add it to your cart.
After completing your order, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order from your order history.
[Please read the following precautions before placing your order]
1) The color of the product may differ from the image depending on the lighting conditions and indoors.
In addition, depending on the usage environment of the monitor, such as a smartphone or PC, the color of the actual product may look slightly different from the actual product, so please understand this before purchasing.
2) Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept requests to change the color or size of the product, so please double-check before placing your order.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products after they have been delivered for reasons such as size changes, different colors or images, or actual measurements being different from the customer's expectations, so we ask that such people refrain from purchasing the product.
3) There may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, or poorly attached beads and buttons.
Please note that the size may vary by 2-3cm from the actual size and that the color may differ depending on your monitor.

Customers in Okinawa and remote islands will be charged an additional 800 yen for shipping.

We use Sagawa Express/Yamato Transport for delivery.
*Please note that in some areas, such as remote islands, the cash on delivery service may not be available or that we may not be able to specify a delivery date and time.

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of your order (payment).
[About shipping and separate shipping of products]
We may ship items separately to ensure quicker delivery.
If your order is large, your items may be shipped separately.
Please rest assured that in this case, no additional shipping or handling fees will be charged.
[How to change your delivery address]
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address than the one you entered when placing your order, please contact us by email (info@limue.jp).
However, please note that changes may not be possible depending on the delivery stage.

[If delivery is not possible due to refusal to accept, long-term absence, or unknown address]
Please note that if you enter an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, the product may be returned to our dispatcher as undeliverable.
If the product is returned due to refusal to accept, long-term absence, unknown address, etc., it will be treated as a cancellation due to customer's convenience.
If a product is returned to our shipping point as undeliverable, it will be discarded or disposed of at our discretion.
In this case, please note that we will not be able to reship the product, refund the product price, or take any other action regarding the product.
*Please note that we may refuse your order if we determine it to be a prank.
[About returns]
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has arrived.
If the product you receive is found to be defective or is different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges for the same product.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns even for defective products if you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us with a photo of the defective part and specify which option you would like.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Products that have been delivered more than 6 days ago ・Products that have been used ・Products that have been altered, washed or cleaned ・Products that have acquired an odor or become dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession
[About refunds]
・If the payment method used when ordering the product was bank transfer or convenience store payment, we will refund the amount by bank transfer to your designated account.
We will transfer the money within 3 business days after receiving your email reply with your designated account number.
Please note that convenience store payment fees will be borne by the customer.
If we refund a portion of the amount you paid when ordering a product, the convenience store settlement fee for that refund will be borne by you.
Please note that we will not be able to refund you if you do not respond to our inquiries regarding your designated account.
Additionally, we cannot refund to a bank account in a name other than that of the person who placed the order.
・If you paid by credit card when ordering the product, we will refund you via your credit card company.
- If the product is returned to our sender as undeliverable after shipment, we will not accept any refunds for the product price, regardless of the reason.
