[Order/Shipping Completion Email]

[Cancellation and return policy]

For both regular and pre-order items , we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or changes (color or size) due to customer reasons after the order has been completed. Please be sure to check again before placing your order.

[Regarding defective products]

If the product you receive is defective or misdelivered, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please read the defective product policy and contact LIMUE customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

[About the product]

[About fitting]

In rare cases, pockets of clothing may be temporarily sewn with basting thread, but this is to prevent the item from losing its shape during storage and to prevent dust from getting in, so it is not a defective product. If you use a seam ripper instead of scissors, you can open the pockets cleanly, so we ask that you open them yourself.
